why must the good die young, lord?

you know this past year has showed me nothing but death all around me. so many people that i have been around and known has either died, or one of their family members has died. i can't take it anymore! its beginning to be too much for my heart. first cory (rip always], shakiera's mom, then my friends' grandfather, her friends' father, and now amy. now i can understand an older person dying because they have lived a life. but amy and cory hardly got to live at all. less than 2 decades on earth and they're already gone. i remember seeing cory in the hallways and seeing him walking around keely's house with the biggest smile and the funniest jokes. me walking past amy in the hallways. now its like the TLC waterfalls video when all the people just fade away. luckily no one has passed away in my family yet, because i don't wanna know how it feels to lose a part of my heart. i mean if one of my friends passed suddenly, i'd be in a state of depression. at the same time i have to understand the fact that there are reasons behind GODs plans. like the bible says, our days are numbered. when its time for him to take you, you have to go. i just hope when i leave this physical world, i will have fulfilled the destiny GOD has for me. the ones lost will be missed forever and every second of everyday. RIP to you all...

  1. Well, it's a very delicate situation... because as beautiful as life is, it's also fragile. That's why we shouldn't waste time in bickering over skin color and political affiliation and financial background. We should be enjoying one another's company.

Who's to say that you won't see them again? You never know. But, do prepare yourself for the possibility that this will probably happen again. What am I trying to say? Simply, enjoy the life you have... as hard as it may be, love.
